Ledgerdesk Associates FZC LLC (“Ledgerdesk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates out of Ajman Free Zone, UAE, with offices in London, UK, and Johannesburg, South Africa.

1.2 Scope of Services

Ledgerdesk provides integrated, scalable solutions for business growth and digital transformation. These services include:

• HR Consultancy & Careers: Recruitment, talent management, and compliance with UAE labor law, UK, and South African regulations.
• Technology & Software Solutions: Automated time tracking software (flagship product), AI/Machine Learning, Blockchain, and custom web/mobile development.
• TRAFIQ ERP Systems: Certified operational integration systems for retail, restaurants, healthcare, logistics, and more.
• Digital Marketing Services: Targeted SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns for global and local market dominance.

1.3 Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
• Ensure timely payments as per the agreed-upon service contract.
• Cooperate fully with Ledgerdesk staff and disclose all relevant operational, legal, or technical details necessary for a successful service implementation.

1.4 Booking, Payment, and Service Rescheduling

• Bookings and consultations must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Payment terms (advance or upon completion) are subject to the specific service type and contract.
• Ledgerdesk reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings/projects due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

1.5 Cancellations and Refunds (General Policy)

• Service Bookings: A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the service.
• Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify Ledgerdesk at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.
  • 24+ hours notice: 100% refund or free reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or reschedule with a service fee.
  • No-show by client: No refund.
• Refund Requests: Must be requested via email at support@ledgerdesk.ae (or relevant support email) within 7 days of service date.
• Service Guarantee: If a client is unsatisfied, Ledgerdesk will provide a free re-work or maintenance adjustment within 24–48 hours, subject to management approval.

1.6 Liability and Indemnity

While we exercise utmost care, Ledgerdesk is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper equipment usage by clients, or hazardous environments. Insurance coverage may apply depending on the specific service agreement. The Client agrees to indemnify Ledgerdesk against any claims arising from the Client’s breach of these terms.

1.7 Intellectual Property (IP)

All website content, logo, and branding belong to Ledgerdesk Associates and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
